Pool Recovery and Rehab Workout - 15 mins
You can scale up the intensity or add more reps and sets if you would like!
Toe Typing - 10 reps per movement
Tibialis Raise - 25 reps
STL Calf Raise - 10 reps per leg
Ankle Hops (SL) - 3 sets of 25 reps
Rhythm Squats - 3 sets of 10
Knee Drives (Dynamic) - 20 reps per leg
Butt Kicks (Dynamic) - 20 reps per leg
Flutter Kicks - 3 sets of 30 seconds
Hip Circles - 10 reps per direction
Trunk Rotations - 25 reps
Shoulder Circles - 25 reps per direction
Fascia Push-Ups - 20 reps
