After four seasons of junior football with the Winnipeg Rifles, I called it quits. I was sore, tired, and worried about how much more contact my body could handle. I have since shifted focus to my career of being a firefighter and coaching football.
Only through methods of training in full ranges of motion and focusing on my own structural balance was I able to fix years of damage that had been caused by heavy lifts and contact sports.
Now working with Alliance Athletics, we're creating cutting-edge programs and philosophies for developing explosive high-performance athletes while saving them years of pain in the process.
